I had retired from my job as of June 1, 2020, but still had my small one-man business where I trimmed horse hooves and treated horses (KST, etc.).

After the 1st vaccine I got something that looked like overuse pain. They disappeared after a few days, only to later appear in a new place. After the 2nd vaccine it took a week to 14 days before the “overuse” disappeared. After the 3rd vaccine they became permanent – and that was when I connected it to the vaccines.
Life now:
I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, but chose to refuse medication and instead drastically changed my diet. After the 3rd vaccine, I have not been able to trim horse hooves, but I can still treat horses.
Solutions/treatments/medicines etc. that have helped:
The dietary change has been good, because even though I lived a healthy life before, I still ate gluten and dairy products. Blood tests have shown that rheumatoid factors and anti-CCP have decreased (the only tests that were above the limit value). Now I am not allowed to have blood tests and X-rays for at least 1 year. The rheumatologist believes that it does not matter that I have experienced improvements and that the values have decreased.

I was 21 years old, had a social and active life, played sports several times a week, was really happy to have a physically demanding job, and was looking forward to starting my education.
Life with vaccine side effects:
I got sick a few hours after the 3rd shot and have been struggling with the side effects ever since. I am no longer the same person. If I am physically active, I get sick for several days afterwards and side effects such as fever, joint pain, chest pain, tachycardia, nausea, headache, etc. flare up even more. The symptoms also flare up with mental exertion, e.g. when I read a book, answer emails or talk to someone.
Life now:
I am gradually getting worse at times and experiencing more limitations in what I can do physically. My social life is non-existent and I can no longer do my sports. I am dependent on others for help with everyday tasks such as cooking and shopping, etc. and am in no way able to have a job. I no longer have any plans for the future and do not know if I will ever be able to start my education. My fear is that I will end up on early retirement without receiving real treatment for the vaccine injuries. I do what I can to keep myself going and move my body in a gentle way.

I was a nurse and was designated 3 times to be on the corona emergency team, so I was ordered by my workplace to receive the vaccine in order to care for the corona patients. I have not had high blood pressure before, am not a smoker, have no genes/hereditary predispositions or other reason to develop high blood pressure and cerebral hemorrhage.
Life with vaccine side effects:
A few days after my first vaccination I got a headache and didn't think that the vaccine could have affected my blood pressure, so unfortunately I never had my blood pressure measured before I had a massive high-pressure brain hemorrhage about 5 months later, which has left me with hemiplegia. The brain hemorrhage has left me unable to work as I have been paralyzed on the left side, arm and leg. I can't walk very well and use a wheelchair for longer distances and can't use my left arm, so my life is ruined.
Life now:
I am now on early retirement and there is no improvement. Since I was not predisposed to high blood pressure and cerebral hemorrhage, and since the headache occurred shortly after the vaccination, it has been reported as a work injury and I am now awaiting the decision. I have also reported it to the patient compensation office, but they have already refused, which I have appealed.

Apart from a well-treated and moderate MODY diabetes (hereditary 1.5), I was physically fine. I was active with daily exercise, walking and running. 30-35 push-ups at a time and lifting myself up 14 times in a row was no problem. Slim and flexible.

A pure hell of pain that is well on its way to bringing me down to my knees.
Life now:
I am NOT getting better – quite the opposite. My ability to work is very low and practically non-existent if I am to be able to hold myself together both physically and mentally in the coming days.

I had a wonderful life with my husband and children, family and friends. I was healthy and well-treated with endometriosis. I worked full time as a media graphic designer/marketing manager with many balls in the air, I was creative, social, happy, outgoing and active in my free time.
Life with vaccine side effects:
A real hell! 5 minutes after the injection, it starts buzzing, tingling and stabbing in the right side of my head and face, and out into the right arm, hand and little finger (the injection side). Near-fainting on the way home behind the wheel which could have ended fatally. After that, the sensory disturbances spread to the left of my head and down my right leg. They changed character – especially in the head and face to a burning, tightening and mask-like feeling – as if there are small paralysis/infection deep in the subcutaneous tissue and the right hemisphere of the brain is laced in and hanging. I can't sleep, have a severe headache and restlessness inside. Sometimes it spins, stabs and chases around my body. Suddenly, many violent extra beats come from my heart and sometimes the feeling that it is having spasms/trembling. I become more and more tired and drained of energy. I get increasing tinnitus and become sensitive to sound in my right ear. I am cognitively affected, can't concentrate and feel like my brain is a big fog – completely a shadow of myself. My own doctor gives up on me at the first consultation. She says they don't know what to do and they don't tell me anything. It makes me feel uneasy. I'm also starting to suffer with joints and muscles (pain, soreness, stiffness, weakness) and am extremely sensitive to stress. If I do too much physically and mentally, it gets worse. I get sudden spikes in my heart rate – when I'm standing still, it can suddenly go up to 150-170 and stay there for a short period of time – I feel unwell, my chest feels tight and I have to lie down.
Life now:
I have fought to get back, but unfortunately am not getting better. The doctors say it is chronic. Currently working 9 hours a week (before 37+) and will soon be set up for flexi-job. This 100% from home, where I am shielded from sound and stress-inducing impressions and where I can go to and from as my daily routine is now. I have to rest at least 3 hours a day. I am currently diagnosed with ME/CFS, PEM and possible POTS. I have chronic paresthesia primarily on the right side of the head (tightness, pressure, burning), chronic headaches, affected heart/pulse etc. (almost 4,000 detected extrasystoles per day). I often suffer from chest tightness and shortness of breath during ordinary everyday activities, which limits me. I have a constant feeling of illness, my joints and muscles are affected, I am extremely tired and drained of energy 24/7 and my hormones are destroyed (detected). I suffer from extremely dry eyes as the glands that are supposed to add oil to the tear fluid are no longer working. It all affects my ability to be social as I quickly become mentally and physically exhausted.
Solutions/treatments/medicines etc. that have helped:
I have gradually taken mountains of supplements, cleansing diets, drinks, etc. and tried all sorts of alternative treatments, but unfortunately I can't point to anything that has directly helped. What is crucial for me in my everyday life is to listen to my body and ensure peace and rest. It's a balancing act with energy management, because some days I can do a little more and other days nothing. Planning is the alpha and omega here. I have to save up several days before I have to do something demanding and often rest extra the days after. I drink a lot of water and tea and try to have a varied and healthy diet - although it can be difficult when there is no surplus. Exercise in a hot water pool, short walks in the forest and gentle yoga are good - when the body can, so to speak.

Was on full-time sick leave for 1.5 years. Then I worked my way up to full-time over the course of six months, with the opportunity to organize my own working hours. Managed it for 1.5 years, but had to stop and take a break to find another part-time job. Can't concentrate for long at a time and get physically tired quickly.

Extremely tired. Occasionally chest tightness/shortness of breath. No energy.
Life now:
Slight improvement in the sensation of cold and I don't always wear gloves indoors and outdoors anymore. I feel best in the summer. My mouth problems are a little better. I have developed asthma and am tired. I am not as social as before the vaccine due to lack of energy. I am doing my flex job, which I was granted a few months after the vaccine. However, this was granted due to my neck/shoulder problems. If I hadn't been granted this before, I wouldn't have been able to do my full-time job due to the vaccine. I miss my "old self".
Solutions/treatments/medicines etc. that have helped:
Gabapentin, LDN and 2 different kinds of asthma spray. I have tried various alternative solutions. I take a lot of supplements without being able to say that they have actually helped. I think it is more “time” that has brought some improvement. Self-injects B12 every other day after appointment with (self-paid) hematologist in Amsterdam.

I had a wonderful life with my wife and our dog. I happily worked 50-60 hours a week as a department manager. I often listened to science theory, social sciences, philosophy and economics, and watched educational videos on management and astro- and particle physics. My daily routine was busy, but I always felt in control and able to balance my professional and personal commitments. However, this changed quickly after the vaccination.
Life with vaccine side effects:
After the 2nd shot, dizziness, tinnitus, throbbing headache, joint pain and nausea started, as well as sensitivity to sound and light. 5 days after the 2nd shot, I fell several times because I couldn't control my legs. These symptoms were accompanied by a constant feeling of exhaustion, concentration problems and brain fog, which made it difficult to focus on even the smallest tasks and process information. According to my own doctor, high infection rates were caused by the vaccine. My condition gradually worsened and I spent the first six months bedridden. I couldn't work and had difficulty performing everyday activities. Just getting from bed to the kitchen was a challenge due to the dizziness, etc. The fever slowly subsided, but the other symptoms remained constant and have significantly affected my life since.
Life now:
After the 2nd injection, the serious side effects have continuously worsened my condition. I have frequent flu-like symptoms with a fever and have lost about 25-30% of my hearing. My working capacity is now reduced by over 90%, and I can only work from home, for short periods with frequent breaks. After three years of trying to get better, my condition is now assessed as chronic, and I have been dismissed at the end of December 2024. Despite several medical examinations, no treatable cause has been found, and my illness is not expected to improve.

Had to give up working at the beginning of 2023. Over the past year, I have been very surprised to wake up to another day.

My husband has supported me all the way. Since I don't yet have a diagnosis, my municipality can't help with adult diapers, rehabilitation, or support with bathing/cleaning/eating. They have, however, given me a walker (after a tearful breakdown during a Resource Process Meeting in early 2024). Without my husband, I would have been dead long ago.

Life before vaccine side effects:
I have had tinnitus since I had my eardrum ruptured when I was three years old. The tinnitus was in 3 relatively low-frequency tones at a fairly low volume and I was not particularly bothered by it. It increased in volume for a day after loud noise exposure, but I adjusted to that and usually avoided it by, for example, positioning myself far from speakers and wearing earplugs.
Life with vaccine side effects:
The tinnitus was greatly amplified, and two very high-frequency howling tones were added, and went from tolerable to unbearable. The strength was extremely high, especially in the time immediately after the vaccination, and drowned out other sounds, such as someone speaking directly to me. I am still very bothered by this strong tinnitus. My sound sensitivity has also increased. I have no hearing loss.
Life now:
I have received treatment at the Special Clinic in Borgå, and it has reduced the strength a little and lowered the frequency somewhat. My working capacity is low, but I have never called in sick.

Treatment at the Specialist Clinic in Borgå. Infrared radiation and laser therapy have reduced the strength. Frequency therapy has lowered the frequency.

However, that didn't stop me from doing high-intensity fitness 3-5 times a week, cycling to and from a full-time job at a large pharmaceutical company, being socially active, and being a mother to two teenagers.
Life with vaccine side effects:
I tried to continue training, but PEM made it impossible. I changed jobs in January 2022, but could not concentrate at all and was on part-time sick leave. My pulmonary sarcoidosis required treatment, and new symptoms kept appearing without a clear pattern. I took gabapentin daily, which kept the nerve pain down and made me sleep well at night, but the muscle pain and fatigue dominated during the day. My children missed their mother.
Life now:
It's been almost 3 years. Just as the sarcoidosis was improving, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I had surgery in September 2023 and subsequently received preventive chemotherapy and radiation therapy. The chemotherapy was modified, since I already had nerve damage in my hands and feet, and just before the 3rd treatment I was infected with corona. However, I also made it to the 4th chemo out of the planned 6, but was taken away by ambulance the next day due to high heart rate and low oxygen saturation. It felt like all the vaccine side effects were back. Here in September 2024, I still have daily headaches and muscle and joint pain, but can walk further and try to push the limits of what I can do every day. I was fired in March due to sick leave and am now in a resource process.

Completely weakened and lying on the floor, such a completely paralyzed feeling while I was shaking with cold, while sweat was pouring down my body. The session lasted about 1 hour each time. The first time I thought I was going to die, the second time I had tried it before and the third time was a bit milder but the same course of action. Each time the sensory disturbances in my feet and legs got worse.
After the side effects I don't know myself. I've been in bed more than I've been out of bed in the last 3 years. I've been fired due to sick leave and tests. I'm chronically tired and would rather just be at home in peace and quiet. So I've gone from being very sociable to now being very alone.
Life now:
That's the status quo. The days can vary, though. The side effects are constant, but some days there is less tingling and buzzing than others. I've become nervous about too much activity, as I've sometimes experienced that the constant tingling and buzzing, in both legs and feet, runs up through the side of the thigh, up into the buttock and further up the back, to the hands and fingers, the head and around the heart. The latter scares me because it happens around the heart, which then feels like it's growing to twice its size. Fortunately, I've only experienced this a few times and it's been on days when I've pushed myself as if I could handle a completely normal day of chores and conversations. Sometimes even a conversation can worsen the tingling and prickling in the body.

15 minutes after the 2nd vaccine shot, I suddenly had difficulty breathing and felt strange in my body, with a significantly increased heart rate. I subsequently had the typical flu symptoms with fever, sore arm, sore throat, muscle aches, stuffy nose (no snot), which lasted for 21 days, after which on Friday 25/6-2021, I suddenly felt unwell. I also had a fever and a general feeling of illness throughout my body and severe swelling on my left lower leg. On Saturday my eyes swelled, in a mask-like area and on Sunday the swelling around the eyes spread to the outside of my cheeks, like sideburns. I had a tightness in my chest and difficulty breathing. On Monday I go to my own doctor, who said I should wait and see. On Tuesday it got significantly worse and I went to another doctor at the hospital, who sent me for an EKG and asked about advice at the hospital. For the first time, acute sarcoidosis is suspected. I was sent for a blood test, to also check if there had been a blood clot and sent for an X-ray to see the lungs. The X-ray shows an indication of sarcoidosis and I am sent further in the system. I have been fully investigated for the heart, including scanning and ultrasound, and there has NOT been a blood clot. I have had several CT scans with and without contrast fluid, as well as a lung scintigraphy and a lung bronchoscopy. When I measure my pulse every day, I can clearly see that I have gone from an average heart rate of 67 beats per minute to an average heart rate of 89 beats per minute, from the time I was vaccinated to the point where the symptoms were at their worst.
Life now:
I have a reduced lung function of 67 % of normal. The sarcoidosis found was assessed during the examination to be old and not affecting the function of my lungs. The doctors at the pulmonary department have not found out what causes the now chronic reduction in lung function and it is considered to be stably reduced. I have chosen to study again, as I cannot stand my old job. I am improving with the muscle fatigue and general fatigue.

I am recovering. For a while I could only lie on my sides and had to have help with everything, as I could not even sit for more than a few minutes at a time due to pressure in my head, heaviness in my body and a feeling of faintness when standing up. Now I can move around my home myself, make small meals, help with light household chores, talk on the phone, type on the computer and watch TV. I have had both progress and relapses along the way. The relapses have occurred after stress and food poisoning.

I am being treated by an American nurse who works with my symptoms according to Medical Medium's guidelines. Two months after I started working with her, I was able to stand up again and move around the house. Especially liquid B-12 vitamin from the brand Vimergy in larger doses, helped me up. We work based on the thesis that the EBV virus together with the vaccine has made me so sick, which is why we also work antivirally with herbs and vitamins.

My blood pressure is still unstable, despite blood pressure pills, but it has become lower than 300 “systolic”. Still can’t exert myself, still wakes up at night with a racing heart. But after almost three years, I feel better than I did at the beginning.

I often have paralysis in my face, which also affects my vision. My heart has an extra number of systoles, which makes me short of breath and extra dizzy. I am always nauseous. I have severe nerve pain, toothache and severe pain in my left arm. It stings and pricks everywhere. When I have my period, I usually bleed for 10-12 days, whereas before I would bleed for 3 days. I have a strange and unpleasant internal shaking all the time. My nervous system is overloaded. When I fall asleep I always wake up about 20 times with a set and everything in me shaking violently. I have difficulty falling asleep, as I am also dizzy when I lie down. I have constant feverish sensations and a feeling of allergy without having allergies. My story is much longer and my injuries are more than those I have described here.
Life now:
I am not getting better, on the contrary, I have only gotten worse. I am unable to work and my level of functioning means that I have now been granted early retirement.
