We are waiting…
We still have not received the association's open letter to the health authorities of July 16, 2024. answer to
https://www.ft.dk/samling/20231/almdel/SUU/bilag/356/index.htm
We are also excited to see what answers the health authorities give Stinus Lindgreen. his question to the Minister of Health
https://www.ft.dk/udvalg/udvalgene/EPI/dokumenter/Almdel_spoergsmaal?session=20231&pageSize=25&totalNumberOfRecords=18
Maybe we will get an answer to our letter at the same time he gets answers to his questions...
Two articles were published last week on Kommunen.dk, the articles outline the problems we have with access to diagnosis and treatment and why it is important that we have access. In the articles, the health authorities continue to refuse to help patients with the justification that is not needed. I must admit it is shocking that the Danish health authorities consider our association redundant. That is precisely what It is the fault of the health authorities that we have been put in this situation, as they have both approved the vaccines, insisted we take them and now refuses to take any responsibility for help those harmed by vaccines. It must be easy to work at health authorities when one is not forced to take responsibility for one's actions. I Hope that changes soon.
In September, a medical report was published from our neighboring country Norway. The report was prepared by Elling Ulvestad, a professor, researcher and specialist in immunology. The report was made based on a request from the Norwegian Nurses' Council as several of their members have been injured by vaccines, but are denied compensation. The report states that there are serious and long-term side effects from the covid vaccines and that this is to be expected. Link to article from Norway about this:

On August 21st, we held an online seminar with Thomas Borgå, acupuncturist and specialist in the treatment of tinnitus. There was more good advice for the patients who participated and we have planned more online seminars with different topics, where practitioners can advise patients. We do this because patients are rejected when they approach doctors or specialists on the grounds that the covid vaccines cannot cause illness and injury. Patients are therefore left to seek relief for their illnesses and symptoms themselves.
Since we know very well that there is a risk of injury and long-term serious and chronic diseases when vaccinating. It is irresponsible to allow the Danish health system to discard vaccine-injured citizens and gaslight them for years. When illness and injury are not treated, it gets worse. This also applies to vaccine injuries.
React19 and CVIA
We in the association are part of the international coalition under react19. There are currently 22 countries united in the fight for patients' lives. In the coalition, we have now organized ourselves with a logo and a board of representatives and there will be a website with the names of the representatives of the individual countries. I represent Denmark. Our name is “Covid Vaccine Injury Alliance” (CVIA). In October we have “Awareness month” which we call “Purple Out”. We use the color purple because we are apolitical and therefore neither red nor blue. In this connection, we made this short video with patients from many countries:

We continue to raise awareness about the many people suffering from injuries after covid vaccination worldwide. The international organization also makes it possible for us to share information quickly and put doctors, researchers, journalists and politicians in contact with each other across borders with one purpose: To help patients get competent and specialized assessment and treatment and to get the patients recognized. That is our only purpose.
The Main Organization of the Trade Union Movement
Since few vaccine injured people have received help from their union in connection with their application for compensation and appeal of the refusal of compensation for their vaccine injuries, the association sent a letter to all unions under the Danish Trade Union Confederation on September 26. We did this because FH was involved in the tripartite negotiations on corona passports and vaccination. A link to the negotiation result can be seen here:
https://bm.dk/arbejdsomraader/politiske-aftaler/trepartsaftaler/2021/trepartsaftale-om-coronapas/
Since FH has been active in encouraging its members to get vaccinated, FH should also help the members who are injured by vaccination, and investigate how many are injured. This is because members have no rights if they are injured by vaccination. If you are injured by vaccination, you cannot get a diagnosis or sick leave. You cannot get an examination or treatment either. This has the consequence that members cannot get sick pay or access to saved pension. Many end up on cash benefits and in financial ruin. We therefore believe that FH has a task and a responsibility. FH and the unions under FH have still not responded to our letter of concern. Were/are you a member of a union under FH and their collective agreements at the time of your injury, we recommend that you contact your local branch immediately and ask them to help you. We will post the letter to FH and the list of unions on our website as soon as possible and hope that FH will take responsibility for their part of the tripartite negotiations. The government and the health authorities will not.
Danish Regions
On September 12th, we in the association received answers to our open letters to the Danish Regions. They did not answer most of our questions and the ones they did answer were just a legal representation of the health authorities' disclaimers. This is what this article came out of:
https://psstnyt.dk/supervaabnet-oedelagde-deres-liv-samfundssind-kaldte-man-det/
In light of the failure of the Danish Regions to support this patient group, the association has written this open letter to the Danish Parliament's health spokespersons and must place our trust in the politicians to save the lives and health of patients. Because the Danish Regions will not. Link to our open letters with attachments:

I think a lot has been done and I hope that all those we have appealed to will do the right thing and help the patients. As a citizen of Denmark, you have no rights if you are injured by the Covid vaccination. This raises many questions and concerns. Because if you lose your legal rights because the state and authorities forced you to get a vaccine to protect others and show civic-mindedness. Then all professional groups with an interest in research, public health, patient rights, legal security and human rights should start using their knowledge for the benefit of patients. It is necessary to ensure the rights of vaccine-injured citizens for several reasons.
– Trust in health authorities is gone
– Trust in vaccines is gone
– The patients' lives and future level of functioning are at risk
In August, this article was published, in which Allan Randrup Thomsen states:
https://sundhedspolitisktidsskrift.dk/nyheder/sundhedspolitik/9198-forskere-kritiserersundhedssystemet-vender-det-blinde-oje-til-mulige-vaccineskader.html
He is absolutely right that the health authorities' failure to protect vaccine-injured citizens constitutes a problem.
General Assembly
On November 23, 2024 at 3 pm we will hold a general meeting, where we hope many will participate.
We have already received a few proposals for the general meeting by email. The general meeting will be held online as it is not physically possible for many members to leave their homes due to illness.
In addition to the measures mentioned in the newsletter, we also have a lot of other initiatives that we are awaiting answers to. We are turning every stone to get help for patients with injuries after Covid vaccination and we hope that more professional groups will contact the association and help us in the fight for the lives of patients, with the association's purpose in mind: the right to investigation, treatment and recognition.
How can you help?
– Talk about it, be curious and listen to the patients' stories
– Share patients' stories and help inform the public about what vaccine injuries are
– Stop calling vaccine-injured people anti-vaxxers
– Respect patients' wishes to have their lives back without political motives
– Tell us about the association so patients can find us.
– Support the association with membership or donation and make it possible to reach more people there is injured by covid vaccination
