Research<\/h1><\/div>

The patient association is run by patients affected by side effects and does not have any affiliated doctors\/researchers. However, we keep a close eye on the development of studies, both nationally and internationally. In Denmark, there is no research yet into the causes of vaccine injuries and their recovery. We therefore refer to international research in this regard for the time being.<\/p>\n

As with any other research, researchers disagree on the results. We only link to published, peer-reviewed research.<\/p>\n

We would like to encourage the Danish Health Authority, the Danish Medicines Agency, the State Serum Institut and the European Medicines Agency (EMA) to start taking the research being done in this area seriously.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

\u201cEvaluation of the Danish handling of the Covid-19 epidemic\u201c
<\/b>Parliament <\/span>has requested that knowledge about the management of side effects after Covid vaccination be included in the report prepared by VIVE (<\/span>The National Research and Analysis Center for Welfare). VIVE is conducting a scientific evaluation of the Covid management.
<\/span>LIVE invited the patient association<\/u><\/a> and has received the association's documentation of the lack of assessment, treatment and recognition of the patients. <\/span>We are happy to contribute to the evaluation, both with our documentation from Denmark and from the rest of the world via our international organization covidvaccineinjuryalliance.org (CVIA).
<\/span>Without politicians' insistence on this national evaluation, the opportunity to be heard would not have arisen.
<\/span>We are grateful that patients also have a voice in this important evaluation and it is our hope that this can pave the way for the necessary help and support for patients and their relatives.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

HELP US GATHER KNOWLEDGE ABOUT VACCINE SIDE EFFECTS <\/strong><\/h2><\/div>

We have prepared a questionnaire survey on side effects and the status of the patients' situation, for association use. This form was developed with the aim of highlighting the seriousness of the side effects, the challenges the patient group experiences in the healthcare system and the situation it leaves the patients in. <\/p>\n<\/div>

SIDE EFFECTS<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>

The list of symptoms reported as possible side effects of the Covid-19 vaccines is very long.
\nThe symptoms may occur immediately from the time of vaccination or start after a period of time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Although vaccine-injured individuals (those with severe and\/or persistent illness following their vaccinations) appear to have many side effects in common, the combination of symptoms tends to be unique from patient to patient. So there can be a big difference in which side effects you experience and also which treatment you need, regardless of whether you have received a Covid-19 vaccine from Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca or Johnson & Johnson.<\/p>\n

Endocrine symptoms<\/div>
Changes in the hormonal system,
\nmetabolic problems, hot flashes,
\nunexplained weight gain or weight loss,
\nmenstrual disorders,
\npostmenopausal bleeding,
\nmenopause\/early

Immunological symptoms<\/div>
Overactivation of the immune system, MCAS,
\nfrequent infections, prolonged fever,
\nswelling of body parts or lymph glands,
\nreactivation of viruses, reactivation of previous
\ninflammatory damage\/allergies, newly occurring
\nsensitivities\/allergies, hair loss, itchy skin,
\nrash\/hives\/eczema, shingles, erysipelas,
\nthickened skin in the armpits, dried mucous membranes in
\nmouth, blisters in the mouth, burning mouth syndrome,
\nnails that groove\/flake\/become strange,
\nM component detected, inflammation of connective tissue,
\nhyperinflammation, chronic inflammation
\nin jaw tissue, anaphylactic shock.

Neurological symptoms<\/div>
Headaches, migraines, brain fog,
\npost exertional malaise, lack of energy,
\ntiredness\/fatigue, sleep problems, disturbance
\nof temperature regulation, dizziness\/vertigo,
\nsound sensitivity, light sensitivity, concentration and
\nmemory problems, sensory disturbances
\n(tingling, prickling, cold sensations, burning
\nsensation in the skin\/scalp\/body etc.)
\nfacial paralysis, numbness around the eyes,
\nparalysis of body parts, body shaking\/tremor\/dystonia,
\nreactive depression\/anxiety, no stress tolerance,
\nhearing loss, lost\/changed sense of smell\/taste,
\nvibrations in the body\/ear\/brain, dysphagia,
\nconstant feeling of lumps in the throat, loss
\nof reflexes in the legs, balance problems,
